Our Fully Managed Service allows you to take a step back from the day-to-day running of your property. We will be on the front line to deal with all of the tenant’s requests including maintenance issues and rent chasing as well as undertaking regular inspections to make sure the property is being looked after as it should be.
Landlord Fee's & Additional Services:
- 10% of the rental income plus VAT
- 50% of rent (min £295) + VAT at the start of tenancy
- 50% of rent (min £295) + VAT upon a change of tenancy after 12 months
- 25% of rent (min £125) + VAT upon a change of tenancy within 12 months
Rental income is dictated by the local housing allowance set by the local authority.
